In the Data Table tile and some others, you can change the individuals displayed using the Filter Menu.
When available in a tile, the Filter Menu will always be displayed on the top left.
The Filter Menu has a number of categories.
Groups
Groups has groups containing all students that took the assessment through a specific link as well as custom groups created by users of your dashboard. The user-created groups include public groups created by any user of your organization’s dashboard plus any public or private groups you have created.

Genders
The Genders category allows you to filter by the gender selected by students when they took the assessment.
Lists
The Lists category contains sets of students who meet specific criteria based on their Indigo responses. For complete descriptions, see the Lists tile. You may see different options depending on your dashboard permissions and which version of the Indigo Assessment students took.
Moved/Archived Reports
The Moved/Archived Reports category will only be visible to users with the permission “This person can view and edit ALL private groups, and view archived reports.” It shows reports that have been archived or moved.
